报告人简介

Dr. Breecker got his Ph.D. in 2008 at the University of New Mexico. Then, he spent two years as a postdoc researcher at the University of Arizona, in cooperation with Dr. Jay Quade. His current position is Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Breecker is primarily interested in pursuing a process-based understanding of soils and the "critical zone" with the goal of determining how climate influences soils and how soils influence climate. He has published many papers in high-profile SCI journals, including one in PNAS in 2010.
