Massimiliano ZattinisAssociate Professor of University of Padova, Leader of the IGCP project 543, Vice-president of the Scientific Committee of the Forum of the Italian Earth Science Federation, Member of Organizing Committee of the 2011 International Conference and Exhibition of AAPG, Organizer of European fisson-track meeting.HisPrincipal areas of research interests and main projects: Detrital thermochronology for exhumation and provenance studies, Thermochronological evolution of the Apennine and Alpine chains, Thermal history of sedimentary basins, Neogene evolution of the North-Anatolian fault, ANDRILL drilling program (Southern McMurdo Sound Project), Application of Raman microspectroscopy to fission-track analysis. So far, he published about 100 papers in famous international Journals, e.g. Geology, EPSL, Chemical Geology, AJS, JGR, GSA Bulletin, Tectonics, JSR, IJES, JAES, et al..
